After receiving their packages, we encourage customers to visually inspect the quality of the products and to contact CTHparts Customer Service immediately if the products do not meet their expectations.
CTHparts does not package shipped tracks, allowing customers to inspect them upon delivery. Other parts can be shipped, at the customer’s request, with the option to open the package at delivery.
